Run the Latest BoB	Check which BoB this machine runs, move it to the newest release with bob update, and make sure a project, its running sessions and its dashboard pick the new version up.
Swarm Decompose	Run the agent swarm: decompose → approve → dispatch (capped) → gate → integrate, via /swarm.
TDD Flow Guide	Drive a change test-first: pseudocode → failing tests → implement until green → check-in.
Onboard a Project to TellBoB	Give a project the web intake front-door: config entry, preconditions, deploy, offboarding.
Tour What Is Provisioned	List what a project has provisioned but never used, with bob tour, then try an item or park it so the list reflects your choices.
Consolidate Traces into the Wiki	Run /trace-mining, the wiki maintainer it calls (bob wiki maintain) and the skill proposer it ends with (bob wiki propose): what the maintainer reads, how it scrubs client records, the PRs both open on BOB_SOURCE, why a second run is a no-op, and how bob tick runs them every night.
