the upgrade checklist for every machine role and every project, the one-time
Action needed steps, Breaking changes, Known issues, and the full generated change
list collapsed at the bottom. bob release refuses a stable release whose notes are missing,
still a draft, or have an empty section. How the notes are drafted and checked:
Releasing BoB.
To see what is on master but not yet released: bob release notes --unreleased.
